Alas, poor Yorick — Hulu has canceled Y: The Last Man but weeks before its showtime season concludes. The mail service-apocalyptic adaptation of the Brian K. Vaughan and Pia Guerra comic books had a long, winding route to the screen. Now, its actual time on screen will exist very short, unless the serial tin find a new dwelling elsewhere.

When Y: The Last Homo showrunner Eliza Clark shared the cancellation news on Twitter, she expressed promise that the evidence will go on. "I have never in my life been more committed to a story, and there is so much more than left to tell," Clark said.
